| Pleasant Hill is aptly
named - it is a very pleasant community. Traditionally a
residential area with small retail centers, Pleasant Hill is in
the midst of an ambitious redevelopment project - see photo
above for the newest shopping area! In additional to the current
inventory of moderately priced housing there will be more
'attached' living units such as townhouses available. The
northwest side is made up of gently rolling hills and many newer
single family home developments. Commuting is easy via BART or
highway 680. |
